Our teachers are state-certified in Oregon and have experience supporting all learners. We hire only the best online teachers and regularly use your feedback to ensure we adapt to support your needs. We ensure our teachers support our virtual students using innovative tools to help students transition from brick-and-mortar classrooms to a successful online learning experience. Our teachers also have access to various engaging curriculum tools such as discussion boards, online video presentations, and more to help engage your student and improve their educational experience. 

Additionally, student support teams proactively foster a sense of belonging, motivation, and confidence among our students. Our teams meet with your student throughout enrollment, guide them through orientation, and work to create structure in a new, independent environment. Our teams help address all concerns, from struggling time management skills to technical difficulties.

A laptop or computer with these system requirements and reliable internet are all the supplies needed. All courses are web-based, and all materials are embedded within the curriculum. Presentations, videos, and other instructional materials will be linked and available to the student. 

We are a free online public school.

Enjoy the flexibility of virtual learning! Teachers offer optional daily live lessons. Sign up for your teachers’ one-on-one or small group tutoring to review coursework and make new friends at our student clubs.

We use BrightThinker curriculum. The BrightThinker overview provides information about student navigation, features, and tools available in the app.

We comply with all state attendance laws. Students are expected to log in and complete coursework.

For virtual learning, you'll mainly need a computer meeting system requirements and reliable internet access. All courses and materials are online, requiring skills in web navigation, online meetings, presentation software, document writing, and basic typing. This format promotes independent learning, problem-solving, and adaptability, preparing you for future careers.

You can be you! Students have the flexibility to complete their coursework at their own pace and have access to courses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Working asynchronously, students school on a daily schedule that fits individual needs.
